What sort of beer are you making for GABS?
A sour black IPA. Pretty standard American style black IPA, but kettle soured.

What’s it called?
Cosmic Chaos.

Where did the inspiration come from?
Our sour hoppy beers (Hippy Berliner, Palate Trip etc) are all inspired by ’60s/’70s Hippie movement, this beer was no exception. Imagine if tie-dye colours and psychedelic music had a flavour, that’s what we are aiming for.

What’s the weirdest ingredient you’ve ever added to a beer?
Probably yoghurt (probiotic), which is also in this beer. Yoghurt felt really crazy when we started using it a couple of years ago, but it’s become rather standard now a days.

GABS drinking preference – tasting paddles or a full glass?
Full glass, always full glass.
