Pina Colada IPA
Where did the inspiration come from?
We love cocktails, so it just made sense to try and echo the flavours in a pina colada, in a beer. Besides, who doesn’t like getting caught in the rain?
For those who might over-indulge, do you have a suggestion for a post-GABS hangover remedy?
I can’t go past the old faithful of a Bloody Mary. I love them so much, that we had to put them on the menu at The Nest, complete with Rockwell & Sons beef jerky. Match that with a bacon and egg roll from Candied Bakery in Spotswood and it will fix anything!

… my happy place. I love making it, I love drinking it, I love talking about it and I love dreaming up new beers. It is the cause of, and outlet for, all of my inspiration.
