What sort of beer are you making for GABS?
Served on nitro, this cream ale is made with the finest specialty English malts, Australian navel orange juice and rind, local chocolate nibs and Ghost Rider Coffee from Proud Mary, Collingwood.

What’s it called?
Orange Mocha Frappuccino.

Where did the inspiration come from?
Zoolander!

Would you still drink craft beer if it was all alcohol-free?
To be honest, I wouldn’t drink beer if it was alcohol-free! Just like I wouldn’t drink alcohol-free whisky or wine. But I do think it’s good that beer is becoming more about taste and quality, and less about quantity and alcohol level.

What’s the dumbest thing you’ve had someone say to you about beer?
I don’t think there are dumb questions. Beer shouldn’t be just for beer snobs and we encourage people to come into the brewery and ask whatever questions they want.
