Dark ale.

What’s it called?
Cory’s Claim – Dark Ale.

Where did the inspiration come from?
We wanted to create a dark ale with depth of coffee and chocolate flavours yet light enough to drink more.

What’s the weirdest ingredient you’ve ever added to a beer?
All spice/coriander/orange peel.
