What sort of beer are you making for GABS?
It’s our core range Dark Lager beer brewed with red licorice.

What’s it called?
Little Licka

Where did the inspiration come from?
I am a big fan of red licorice and thought it would work really well with the chocolate malts of the dark lager, notes of chocolate, coffee, and raspberry.

What’s the weirdest ingredient you’ve ever added to a beer?
Probably red licorice!

GABS drinking preference – tasting paddles or a full glass?
Definitely tasting paddles, so you can sample as many weird and wonderful beers as possible.
