What sort of beer are you making for GABS?
We’re brewing a Turkish delight, lactose, fairy floss and popcorn Imperial Belgian Stout.

What’s it called?
It’s stable name is “Pandapoppinfairyturkishfloss”. This could change…

Where did the inspiration come from?
It’s been duly noted that sweet and dessert styled stouts have done well at GABS in the past, and to throw a spanner in the works for what punters expect from us, we’re rolling with this. Inspiration was kind of all the awesome elements that make up our favourite chocolate bars.

What’s the weirdest ingredient you’ve ever added to a beer?
Seriously? You’ve read me file, right?

GABS drinking preference – tasting paddles or a full glass?
Full glasses. But I do cull a lot of beers out of the list before I even get to the event.
