What beer are you making for GABS?
I’m making a Gose with smoked salt, red algae and squid ink.
What’s it called?
Our 2012 mid-summer seasonal Cephalopod is an influence from the colour perspective but I’ve seen and tried a few beers over the last year or so with seaweed and I’ve been fascinated with them. So a combo of Gose (one of my favourite styles), cephalopod & seaweed.
Tell us why you have chosen to brew a Festival Beer for GABS?
I’m one of the original 20 GABS brewers from 2011. Proud to still be part of it.
