What’s it called?
Beast of Bourbon

Where did the inspiration come from?
There are a lot of similarities between brewing beer and making bourbon and we wanted to showcase a number of alternative brewing techniques, including the use of maize and rye – typical of a bourbon sour mash – and barrel ageing.
