Sri Lankan spiced wit.
Does it have a name yet?
Where did the inspiration come from?
My friend’s amazing Sri Lankan curry. When I was eating the curry I loved how fragrant and delicious the spices worked together and just thought, how good would these spices go in a wit.
Do you think it’ll be a one-off or are you considering adding it to the range after GABS?
Just a one-off.
What do you think of the concept of GABS?
I think it’s a great concept. Gets all the brewers trying new things that they probably would not ever think about making without GABS. It’s also a good way for brewers to see how different ingredients work in beers that usually would be far from any style.
