What beer are you making for GABS?
The beer we have made for GABS is a white wine barrel aged version of our Berliner Weisse. We added plums to the barrels for secondary fermentation.

Does it have a name yet?
Circus of Sour – barrel aged

Where did the inspiration come from?
We have been interested in trying different fruits in barrels with our sour beers and this is the first time we’ve tried fruit with our Berliner Weisse.

What do you think of the concept of GABS?
I’m looking forward to visiting the festival and finding out more about the Australian beer scene.
