What beer are you making for GABS?
Wee Heavy Scotch Ale (aged in whisky casks).

Does it have a name yet?
Double barrelled wee heavy.

Where did the inspiration come from?
Travel and drinking in Scotland with some experimentation ageing beer in casks over the last four years.

Do you think it’ll be a one-off or are you considering adding it to the range after GABS?
One-off at this stage.

What do you think of the concept of GABS?
Love it! A great reason to play with beer styles and techniques and see what other brewers are coming up with.
