A carrot saison, carrot juiced sourced from local Kalbar carrots, seasoned with spices and a funky Belgian yeast.

Where did the inspiration come from?
I went to an open day at Kalbar saw what they do and thought how can I work with these guys. No one else has done a carrot beer in Australian from what can see. I also love saison and doing stuff no one else has done.
For those who might over-indulge, do you have a suggestion for a post-GABS hangover remedy?
A post GABS hangover remedy would be bacon, of any type.
