I bought a few growlers of beer from the shared taps at the Illawarra Brewing Company brewhouse and they sat in my fridge for a whole week before I could touch them. This time it’ll be less than a day’s wait.

The headline should actually read “What The Person Who Wrote This Story Thinks Of Your Beer Selection”. And I’m not even sure the author is a bartender. It’s just a piece of rubbish that describes the characters of those who buy a certain style of beer. It’s just terrible.

Love that headline – and this piece about how the rise in independent breweries and the interest in beer has helped save some pubs from closure.
