Latin is a dead language so no one knows what the actual pronunciation of “Pliny” is. The few people I know who have read Latin pronounce it with “in” while those at the brewery and the American craft beer community pronounce it with “I” – either way they are great beers. If you ever make it to San Francisco it’s worth the drive up the road, it’s a little under an hour.
