But that doesn’t mean they’re giving up brewing. In fact, they’re getting more serious, looking to establish their own brewery somewhere in Melbourne’s inner north.
‘‘This will allow us to produce more beer and more kinds of beer!’’ said Costa from La Sirene.
‘‘We’re very excited, and cannot wait to be finished. However, these things take time, and we estimate that the first bottles will leave the new brewery around the middle of the year.’’
More beer? Sounds great to me.
