This is my latest home brew in the fermenter and a day or two away from being bottled. I call it Indian Cricketer. Why? Because it’s an IPL. That’s an IPA made with lager yeast instead of ale yeast. And there’s a load of Motueka hops in there too. Recent samples are nice, with a slight peachy aroma. But why is it wearing a pajama top? Well, I get sleepy after I get a few beers into me, so imagine how tired the fermenter must be with 20 litres of beer inside it.
