Given that Michael Jackson is a legend in beer circles, it’s surprising how hard it is to get copies of the books he wrote and the Beer Hunter TV series he made.

I’ve managed to find just one book that he wrote – and it’s not the iconic Guide to Beer, where he introduced a classification system for beer. I’d also managed to get my hands on a copy of the Beer Hunter TV series through a homebrewing friend. I would have happily purchased a retail copy, but none seems to exist.

It’s a poor way to treat such a towering figure in the world of beer. Anyway, here’s a sample of the Beer Hunter series. It looks very dated but it’s still worth a look.
